Return / Exchange Policies

FactoryX.pk will gladly accept returns or exchanges of merchandise with original tags within 15 DAYS of purchase, provided those are unworn and unwashed. If you wish to exchange or return any merchandise, please complete exchange / refund form that you have received with your order and send the merchandise along with the form to the below mentioned address.

PLEASE NOTE RETURN COURIER CHARGES WILL BE PAID BY CUSTOMER.

• Merchandise returned by you for exchange or refund should be unworn, unwashed and with original tags.
• Kindly ship the articles within 15 DAYS of receiving them. No request will be entertained after 15 DAYS.
• Kindly return the merchandise through trackable delivery i.e., courier or registered Post on your own expense at our address.
• In case of exchange, merchandise will be dispatched back within TWO WEEKS after receiving the merchandise. Accepting desired exchange requests will depend on stock availability.
• In case of refund, amount will be deposited into your given account within TWO WEEKS after receiving the merchandise.
