FactoryX.pk gladly accepts returns or exchanges within 15 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags.

To request an exchange or refund, please fill out the exchange/refund form included with your order and send it back along with the merchandise to our return address.

• Return courier charges will be paid by the customer.
  
• Items must be shipped back within 15 days of receiving them; requests after this period will not be accepted.
  
• Please use a trackable courier service (courier or registered post) for returns.
  

Exchanges:

Your exchanged item will be dispatched within two weeks of receiving your return. Exchange approval depends on stock availability.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed and deposited into your provided account within two weeks after we receive the returned merchandise.
